1. Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. You are required to pay a deposit of US$20.00 per person. The payments of balances due are made upon arrival. Payments are accepted in Cash, Travellers Checks, PayPal or Credit Card.
2. Q: Do you pick up passengers at the cruise ship terminal?
A: Yes. We work primarily with cruise ship passengers.
3. Q: Do you pick up cruise ship passengers in Montego Bay as well?
A: Yes. Just email your request and we will send the tour itineraries.
4. Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: Yes. Just email to let us know the number of people in your group and the tour you are interested in doing. We will let you know if your group is qualified for a discount.
5. Q: Is there a tipping policy?
A: Tour guide gratuity is at the customers discretion and is not included in the tour package cost.
6. Q: Not receiving email response?
A: Please ensure that you entered the right email address. Feel free to call and make your reservations under these circumstances.
7. Q: Do you offer tours to hotel guests?
A: Yes. We do tours for hotel guests all across the island.
8. Q: Will it be the same cost for hotel passengers?
A: Yes. Hotel guests within the Ocho Rios area will attract the same rates.
9. Q: Are the attraction fees included in the prices quoted for the tours?
A: Admission fees are sometimes included for groups. Please check if you qualify.
10. Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: Our popular tours sell out fast, so the earlier you reserve the better.
11. Q: Can I make changes to my reservation?
A: Yes. Changes to your tour can be made in advance to ensure proper planning.
12. Q: What time does the starts?
A: Customer's are asked disembark cruise ship between 15 to 30 minutes after cruise ships arrival.
13. Q: Will I get back to the ship on time?
A: Yes. All tours are synchronized with cruise ship time for proper time management. There will be lots of time to browse the local shopping area when the tour ends.
14. Q: Is there any shopping available?
A: Yes. Shopping in town by the major shopping mall or flea market area is optional after all tours.
15. Q: Do you have any cancellation policy?
A: No. However, please indicate that you would like to cancel prior to tour date.
16. Q: When is tour reservation confirmed?
A: Reservation confirmation is sent in the form of an email within 24 hours of you submitting a request form.
